Rental Pick Up + Drop Off (A La Carte)
Need just a few rentals? Want to save money on delivery costs? Have someone who can help you set up? Our rental pick up + drop off option is perfect for you! Choose your rentals, get booked with us, pick up rentals 48 hours before your event + return them 48 hours after your event. PS, we’re happy to help create your event design or you can pick + choose rentals on your own from our website (SO much more inventory uploading soon).
Full Service Event Styling + Rentals
The ideal package if you want a stress free event day. We will work with you to design your event + then take it from there on event day. With full service event styling + rentals, we will deliver, set up, + take down all your rentals. Sit back + enjoy the day knowing that we’ll take care of bringing your vision to life with our styling expertise + attention to detail.
Day of Coordination
Available exclusively to our Full Service Event Styling + Rentals clients! A Day of Coordinator is absolutely worth the investment to make a smooth, stress free event day + many venues require you to have a DOC for your event day. Our day of coordination package is offered at $1000 + is perfect for the couple who needs a professional to help make everything happen on event day. As a Full Service Event Styling + Rental Client, you will have one AFA team member dedicated exclusively to day of coordination + two AFA team members dedicated exclusively to your rentals and styling. This ensures that every detail will be taken care of! The Day of Coordination Package includes: unlimited email communication through wedding planning, vendor recommendations, assistance with your final timeline, assistance with all your day-of details, vendor communication one month prior to your wedding, 2 Zoom meetings during planning (first at the beginning or mid way through planning + final one month out from the event) + 8 hours of on-site coordination + vendor management on event day. You can also add on coordination for rehearsal the night before (weddings) for an additional $200 or add on extra hours of DOC coverage (inquire for hourly pricing). As a bonus for choosing us as your Day of Coordinator, we will also: light all of your candles prior to the event start, make sure any of your personal decor is set up + packed up at the end of the event, + we can move any rentals for you throughout the event so you can repurpose them!
Custom Signage + Backdrops
Want signage that will stand out for your event + be unique to you? Looking to elevate your backdrops by adding a personal touch? We’re here for you! From welcome signs to table numbers, seating charts, custom lettering, personalized backdrops + more…we’d love to help you design + create your event signage and backdrops. PS, we also have lots of signage holder options that can be customized or hold your custom signage + pre-made backdrops that are easily personalized.
Custom Builds
Dreaming up something out of the box you want to bring to life? Is there something you’ve been dreaming up that we don’t currently have in inventory? Let’s chat! We are thrilled to have a handy-man on call (shoutout to Steve) to create something custom built for YOU. We’re here to help bring your idea to life to add a personal touch to your event day!
Themed Party Designs
Coming SOON! We’re curating themed party designs for you to make party planning even easier. Whether you’re hosting a bridal shower, baby shower, birthday party, or bachelorette party, we will have options tailored to fun + trendy themes that will be available for either full service styling or drop off + pick up. Choose a theme you love, select the rentals + designs you want to add your party, + you’ll be ready to party!
Dried Florals
Did you know we offer a variety of dried floral options that can be rented for your events? From small dried florals for your bud vases to medium sized arrangements that are centerpiece ready, dried floral swags, large pampas, + even a pampas wall backdrop! We’ve got you covered with all your dried floral needs, + they can all be customized to fit your style + event colors.
Fresh Florals
We’re so excited to now be offering select fresh florals! This includes small floral arrangements + bud vases (ideal for smaller events where you don’t have a florist), babies breath + greenery to add to centerpieces, + simple floral swags. These options are currently only available to our rental clients as an ala carte add on. If you’re looking for something beyond simple florals, we have a list of recommended florists that we absolutely love working with + would be happy to share with you!
